Maple City Market

Maple City Market, like many co-ops, was founded in the early ’70’s as a cooperative buying club. In 1981, the buying club became incorporated and the Centre-In food Co-op was born.

After a long series of ups and downs, the co-op stabilized in the late ’90’s and began to grow. The co-op became Maple City Market in the fall of 2001.

A one-time $100 investment is required to become a member-owner, although alternative options may be available for those who find this financially prohibitive. The investment is fully refundable.
